DR. LINDA BOWMAN-HOPSON
Founder & CEO, LLB Express, Inc.
Dr. Linda Bowman-Hopson is the innovative Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LLB Express, Inc., an enterprising company offering comprehensive transportation solutions for students and adults, as well as efficient and dependable courier logistics. With more than 30 years of distinguished service in education, organizational leadership, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Hopson exemplifies the rare blend of visionary thinking, operational expertise, and community commitment required to successfully launch and grow a multifaceted service enterprise.

Dr. Hopson's professional trajectory is marked by a legacy of purposeful innovation. In 1998, she established The Center for Accelerated Learning (TCAL) and served as Executive Director of ED-CORE, Inc., where she led high-impact initiatives designed to elevate early childhood education, tutorial programming, and professional development across North and South Carolina. Her contributions as a state consultant to educational and child development institutions positioned her as a trusted authority in quality assurance, operational systems, and client-centered program design.
Over the decades, Dr. Hopson has held diverse and influential roles—including educational consultant, project manager, grant writer, empowerment speaker, and entrepreneurial coach—that reflect her versatility and commitment to social and academic advancement. As a retired educational administrator and former Associate Professor at North Carolina A&T State University, she has mentored emerging leaders, advised district-level policy makers, and addressed systemic inequities in education through strategic partnerships in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Following her formal retirement from academia, Dr. Hopson transitioned her focus to broader community empowerment initiatives. Her recent appointment as a visiting scholar with NC A&T’s Center for the Advancement of STEM Leadership (CASL) illustrates her ongoing dedication to institutional transformation and educational equity.

The inception of LLB Express is a natural extension of Dr. Hopson’s lifelong commitment to excellence, logistics, and service. Her deep familiarity with school infrastructure, transportation logistics, and safety compliance, coupled with her strategic insight and administrative precision, uniquely qualifies her to lead a company that meets the complex needs of modern families, schools, and businesses.
